Other People's Pages
OPP: the pages others write about you decide whether AI recommends you. On Searchbloom's own data, they are 91.1% of what AI cites.
"The page that decides whether AI recommends you is usually not a page you own. More often, it is one somebody else wrote about you."
Across 68,631 AI answers in Searchbloom's own category, searchbloom.com was 8.9% of everything the models cited. The other 91.1% was other people's pages. Your OPP share is the metric for that, and the field was missing a name for it.
None of this is a case for ignoring your own site. Nobody writes about you until you have built something worth writing about. Other people's pages are the payoff for being good.
